Before you ask
How fast will we see a difference?
Usually in the first week. Missed callers get a reply from the day it goes live, and reminders start working from the very next appointment.
Does it work with our practice management software?
It works alongside it. Bookings land in a calendar your team already uses, such as Google or Outlook, and that is what the 7-day timeline covers. Connecting directly to your practice management software depends on the system: some allow it, some don’t. We’ll check yours on the free call, and if a direct connection is possible, I quote it separately.
Will it give clinical advice to patients?
Never. It handles practical questions (hours, prices, location, how to book) and passes anything clinical, like pain or symptoms, straight to your team.
Will it sound like a robot to our patients?
No. Messages are written in your clinic’s tone, in Portuguese or English, and you approve every one before it goes live.
What happens to our patients’ data?
Only what’s needed to book and remind is collected, it stays in tools your clinic controls, and nothing is ever sold or shared. Everything is set up with your local privacy law in mind (GDPR, LGPD, POPIA).
What does it cost to run each month?
Usage at cost, paid on your clinic’s own accounts: phone minutes for the voice receptionist, WhatsApp or SMS messages, and AI. I estimate it from your call and message volume and quote it before you commit. The Care plan ($150 a month) is optional on top.
Does my team need technical skills?
No. I set everything up, test it with your receptionist and hand over a short guide in plain language. If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this.
Does this replace our receptionist?
No. It takes the repetitive work off their plate (missed calls after hours, reminders, recalls and follow-ups) and hands real conversations to them. Your receptionist approves the messages and stays in charge.
Do we have to keep the Care plan?
No, it’s optional. If you cancel, everything keeps running on your clinic’s own accounts. You just won’t have monitoring, changes, support or the monthly report.
What if it doesn’t work for our clinic?
Then I’ll tell you on the free call, before you spend anything. If it won’t pay for itself in your case, I won’t sell it to you.
