Privacy policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data I collect through this website, why, how long I keep it, and the choices you have. I keep it short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, just ask.

1. Who I am

This website is run by Jubileu Lima, an independent automation consultant based in Maputo, Mozambique (“I”, “me”). I am responsible for the personal data collected here.

Contact for anything privacy-related: support@jubileulima.com · WhatsApp +258 84 990 8626.

2. What I collect

  • Contact form / free leak check: your name, email, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, clinic name, the topic you choose and your message.
  • Free playbook download: your email address (and your first name, if you give it).
  • Technical data: a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to block spam and abuse. I can’t turn it back into your IP address.
  • Website chat: the messages you type to the chat assistant. They are processed by an AI service (Anthropic’s Claude API) to answer you, stored on this site, and sent to me so I can follow up. Please don’t share health information in the chat.
  • Usage statistics: Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location and device type) using cookies. Advertising features are switched off, and the data is used only to improve this website. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
  • Your language choice: a small cookie (jl_lang) that remembers whether you prefer English or Portuguese.
  • Visit counts and how you found this site: the website counts page views itself with an anonymous code that changes every day, so your IP address is not stored. A small cookie (jl_src) remembers how you first arrived (for example from Google, LinkedIn or a WhatsApp link). If you then send the form, the chat or the playbook request, that source is saved with your message so I know which channels work.
  • Call bookings: if you book a call through my booking page (Cal.com), Cal.com shares your name, email, the time you chose and any note you add with this website.

The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to me unless you choose to include them in the contact form.

Please don’t send me patient health information through this website. I don’t need it to reply to you.

3. Why I use it

  • To reply to your request, run the free leak check and, if you ask, prepare a quote (steps you requested before any contract).
  • To send you the playbook you asked for and a small number of follow-up emails about this topic. Every email has an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out any time (based on your consent).
  • To keep the website secure and free of spam (my legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations if you become a client.

I don’t sell or rent your data, I don’t use it for advertising profiles, and I don’t make automated decisions about you that have legal or similar effects.

4. Who sees it

  • Hosting: this site and its database are hosted by Bluehost (Newfold Digital) on servers in the United States.
  • Email: messages to and from me pass through my email provider.
  • Analytics: Google (Google LLC, United States) processes usage statistics on my behalf through Google Analytics.
  • AI assistant: chat messages are processed by Anthropic (United States) to generate replies.
  • Bookings: Cal.com (United States) runs the booking page and sends booking details to this site.
  • Tools I use to deliver services (for clients only), such as WhatsApp Business, calendar and telephony providers, under their own terms.
  • Authorities, only if the law requires it.

Because some of these providers are outside your country, your data may be transferred internationally. I only use established providers that apply recognised safeguards.

5. How long I keep it

  • Enquiries and playbook sign-ups that don’t become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Client records: for as long as the law requires for contracts, tax and accounting.
  • Spam submissions: deleted periodically.
  • Language cookie: 12 months. Source cookie (jl_src): 90 days. Anonymous visit counts: up to 13 months. Google Analytics cookies (_ga): up to 14 months.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Portugal, the LGPD in Brazil, POPIA in South Africa, Angola’s Law 22/11 or Mozambique’s applicable laws), you can ask me to:

  • see the data I hold about you and get a copy;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • stop or limit how I use it, or object to it;
  • withdraw consent at any time (this doesn’t affect anything done before).

Write to support@jubileulima.com and I’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD; in Brazil, the ANPD; in South Africa, the Information Regulator).

7. When I work for your clinic

If your clinic becomes a client, I may process your patients’ contact details (for example names, phone numbers and appointment times) to run reminders, recalls and replies. In that case your clinic decides how patient data is used and I act only on its instructions: I process the minimum data needed, keep it in tools your clinic controls where possible, protect access, never use it for my own purposes, and delete or return it when our work ends. I’m happy to sign a data processing agreement.

8. Security

I use HTTPS encryption, restricted access, spam protection and regular updates. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your data, and I’ll tell you without undue delay if a breach affects you.

9. Children

This website is for businesses and isn’t aimed at children. I don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
