Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms apply when you use this website or hire Jubileu Lima for automation services. They are written to be clear and fair. If anything is unclear, please ask before you sign up.

1. Who I am

Services are provided by Jubileu Lima, an independent automation consultant based in Maputo, Mozambique (“I”, “me”). “You” means the clinic or business hiring me. Contact: support@jubileulima.com · WhatsApp +258 84 990 8626.

2. Free leak check

The free leak check is a no-obligation conversation. Any estimates I give you are indicative, based on the information you share, and are not a promise of specific results.

3. Proposals and scope

Before any paid work starts, I send you a written proposal describing what will be built, the price, the timeline and any third-party costs. You can accept it online on your proposal page; work starts once you accept it and the first payment is received. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies. Changes to the scope after acceptance are quoted separately.

4. Fees and payment

  • Prices on this website are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Invoices can be issued in local currency at the exchange rate agreed in your proposal.
  • Setup fees: the Starter package is paid in full to start. Larger packages are paid 50% to start the work and 50% when the system goes live. Your proposal always states the exact amounts.
  • You can pay by M-Pesa (Mozambique) or by card through Payoneer. Amounts in meticais (MZN) use the exchange rate shown on your proposal. You receive a receipt by email once the payment is confirmed.
  • Care plan: optional, billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and your system keeps running on your own accounts.
  • Late payments may pause support and changes until the invoice is settled.
  • Founding-clinic and other offers apply only as stated in your proposal.

5. Third-party tools and usage costs

The systems run on tools such as WhatsApp Business, telephony and SMS providers, calendars and AI services. Wherever possible they are set up on accounts owned by your clinic. Usage costs (for example phone minutes, WhatsApp or SMS messages) are charged at cost and quoted upfront. These providers have their own terms and availability, which I don’t control; I will help you resolve issues with them.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Give me the access, information and approvals I need, on time.
  • Review and approve the messages and behaviour of each automation before it goes live.
  • Use the system lawfully, including having a valid basis to message your patients and following data protection and telecom rules in your country.
  • Keep clinical decisions with your team. The automations handle practical questions and pass anything clinical to a person.

7. My 30-day adjustment commitment

Every setup includes 30 days of adjustments after launch, until the system does what we agreed in your proposal, at no extra cost. Unless your proposal says otherwise, it does not include refunds of fees already paid for work delivered.

8. Automation and AI limitations

Automated and AI systems are designed carefully and tested before launch, but they can occasionally misunderstand a message or be unavailable because of a third-party outage. They do not give medical, dental or legal advice. Your clinic remains responsible for its services and for decisions made with patients.

9. Data protection and confidentiality

When I work on your systems I act on your instructions, use only the data needed, and keep it confidential. I am happy to sign a data processing agreement. See the privacy policy for how this website handles personal data. Both of us keep confidential any non-public information shared during our work.

10. Ownership

Your accounts, data and content remain yours. Once paid, you may use everything I build for your clinic. I keep ownership of my general methods, templates and know-how, and may reuse them for other clients without using your data.

11. Liability

I will deliver my services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim, and I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending the work

Either of us may end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work done up to that point, and I help you take over your accounts and data. Sections on confidentiality, ownership and liability continue to apply.

13. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you accepted your proposal applies to that engagement. These terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique, and the courts of Maputo have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
